Question: How much do you value your book collection?
My response: I value my book collection a great deal! The physical books, the e-books, and the audiobooks (the latter of which I have very few) I own are all meaningful to me for one reason or another.
Today's excerpts are from the Kindle format of Dearly Deleted (Book Blogger Mystery 2), by Sarah E. Burr. This is an e-arc. The book is set to be published next Tuesday, December 19th.
"Do you think she'll like it?"
Rebecca Vargas and I chuckled at Owen's obvious discomfort. "I'm sure she'll love it," I said as I gave him a reassuring pat on the shoulder. "It looks like a shrine."

My thumbs hovered over the keyboard. I honestly hadn't expected Mom to refocus the conversation back on me. I debated letting her know about the latest unfolding drama but quickly nixed that idea.
So far, I'm really enjoying this book. I'm eager to see how it all unfolds.
Fiona was trying to look cuter than the holiday decorations. I think she succeeded.

DeleteI keep very few of my books now. I love seeing people who stop by my Little Free Library and take a book.
ReplyDeleteDeb, I love that you have a Little Free Library! I am thinking about starting one in my condo lobby, but I haven't decided yet. I'll most likely be the only one tending to it. I'll have to think about it. :-)
