Merry Christmas in July!
When I first saw the title of the puzzle and all the snow in the picture, I wondered how it could be a July Christmas. Then I saw the sign that indicates it's at the North Pole. That explains that! Of course, it can be in other parts of the world, too.
Using 35 non-rotating pieces, I completed it in 2:44.
