B is for breakfast. I love having a smoothie, a hard-boiled egg, and air-popped popcorn (yes, you read that right) topped with Himalayan salt, nutritional yeast, and olive oil or ghee for breakfast everyday. (Just to clarify, only the popcorn has these toppings.)
When I don't have my smoothie, I crave it. It's both hydrating and filling first thing in the morning. Here is a list of the ingredients I use in my smoothie: coconut water, plain whole fat yogurt, raw cacao powder (makes it taste like a chocolate shake!), freshly ground flaxseed, hazelnuts, mixed berries, and kale (trust me, you can't taste the kale). Sometimes I also add fresh lime juice and fresh mint leaves. I make one batch, which is four servings, ahead of time and freeze them. I take one down to thaw 24 hours in advance. Some say this is boring, but I enjoy it.

DeleteB is for breath. My nose can get stuffy in the cold, so breathing freely is a blessing.
